Kudos to Bobcat!We have purchased 2 Stihl products from Bobcat of Parry Sound over the past couple of years, a Stihl Chain Saw and a Stihl Leaf Blower. Their prices were competitive, but their follow-up service was better.Just a few days beyond the manufacturers warranty period, the Leaf Blower failed to operate properly. Bobcat of Parry Sound advocated our case to Stihl and while Stihl refused to budge, Bobcat waived their shop expenses and offered a replacement Husqvarna at a highly discounted price. I love my Husqvarna!With a few days warranty left on my Stihl Chain Saw, it began to malfunction. Bobcat diagnosed the problem, obtained replacement parts and processed the warranty claim and waived the service charges.Thank you, Virginia, and your team at Bobcat of Parry Sound for working so hard to resolve my issues including door-to-door delivery service stellar!Gary and Heather
